Mumbai: Tata Consultancy Services (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organisation, has been recognised as Latin America’s Top Employer by independent HR body the Top Employer Institute for the fourth year in row.
The Top Employer Institute has over 25 years’ experience recognising the world’s leading organisations in the field of HR management and employee conditions – providing the optimum environment for employees to develop, both professionally and personally.
The rankings are finalised following in-depth research into HR practices across nine key criteria: talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits and company culture.
This year TCS LATAM was certified as the region’s Top Employer for the fourth year in a row, highlighting its ability to consistently develop talent at all levels, while providing a nurturing work environment for its employees in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.
